People seek psychological and psychotherapeutic help for a range of reasons. They may need to get through difficulties such as anxiety or depression, to overcome life crises including separations and losses, or to resolve conflicts. They may wish to improve relationships with others, to grow and to experience greater wellbeing through increased self-awareness, or to find meaning in life. My practice involves working with the full range of these issues.

I work with individuals, couples and groups.

As well as working directly with people seeking help, I also offer clinical supervision to others doing this work, and supervision to practitioners in other fields.

A third strand to my practice involves working as a consultant, trainer and researcher.
